We understand that the Learning Industry is affected by shortage of good creative design resources and therefore we go through an elaborate process of finding ,sustaining and developing the right resources. Finding the right resources We have an elaborate process for recruitment of skilled resources. This involves personal interviews ,aptitude tests, technical skills analysis and psychological tests that help us recruit people with high capabilities. Sustaining Resources We provide compensation and benefits as per Industry best practices and standards. We are an informal organization and provide personal care for each of our employees. We inculcate openness,integrity and pragmatism among our team members.

Developing Resources We have a policy of training every employee for a minimum of 5 training days each year on certain skills that are critical to enhance our group capabilities. We encourage employees to undertake training at their own costs over and above the company provided training to help them grow in their career path.
